Taking place in the ancient port of Cagliari on the sun-drenched Italian Mediterranean island of Sardegna (Sardinia) from April 23 – 26, 2020 the opening event of the three-regatta ACWS circuit sees the teams competing in the 36th America’s Cup presented by Prada racing their first generation AC75 high-performance foiling monohulls against each other for the very first time.
The races will take place offshore, but fans attending the ACWS Sardegna event in Cagliari will be able to follow all the action on multiple large high definition screens located strategically around the race village. Those wanting a live view of the racing can book a spot on one of the public spectator boats leaving from within the race village.
